The Rio Grande do Sul State Research Support Foundation (Fapergs), linked to the State Secretariat for Innovation, Science, and Technology, has announced the winners of the 2025 Pesquisador Gaúcho Award, whose theme this year is “Science for Reconstruction and Resilience.”
Among the honorees, TerraMares Soluções Ambientais—a company graduated from Innovatio/FURG—was highlighted in the Innovative Startup category, showcasing the significance of its work in integrating science, innovation, and sustainability for the state’s development.
The award ceremony will take place on October 21, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the FIERGS Convention Hall in Porto Alegre.
