In alignment with the biosafety guidelines and protocols established in the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG) Contingency Plan for addressing the Coronavirus (COVID-19), “Version 1.7,” and Ordinance No. 2054/2021, issued on October 5, 2021, by the Office of the Rector—which regulates Phase 1 (October 18 to November 15, 2021) for the gradual return to in-person activities—the Office of the Vice-Rector for Innovation and Information Technology (PROITI) hereby publishes its operational planning.
- Administrative activities will be conducted in person, on a rotating schedule, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- On all other days and shifts, activities across all PROITI sectors will be carried out remotely, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with support provided via email and phone.
