The Pro-Rectorate of Innovation and Information Technology (PROITI) announces that the Internal Call for the Selection of a Candidate Group for the PUBLIC CALL FOR ACCREDITATION IN THE EMBRAPII SYSTEM is now open, according to the link: https://embrapii.org.br/chamadas-publicas/chamada-publica-unidades-embrapii-no-01-2025/
This call aims to select an established group of researchers at the University to be accredited as an Embrapii Unit. The accreditation will be exclusive to the Candidate Group from FURG that fits into one of the areas of competence linked to Public Call 01/2025 - Embrapii, namely: i. Medicinal Chemistry and Biopharmaceuticals; ii. Medical Devices; and Digital Health. For the purposes of this call, a Candidate Group is defined as a set of researchers operating cooperatively in R,D&I (Research, Development, and Innovation) projects in the proposed area with industrial companies.
About the proposal submission
Interested parties must submit the Candidate Group's proposal by August 10, 2025, to the email: proiti@furg.br, according to the criteria defined in the Internal Call available for consultation below.
Once the Candidate Group representing FURG is selected, it must submit the Action Plan by September 17, 2025, also to the PROITI email.
