The Office of Innovation and Information Technology, through the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office (OCEANTEC/PROITI) of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), is pleased to announce the General Distance Learning Course on Intellectual Property – DL 101P-BR, offered by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Designed to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of mechanisms for protecting intellectual creations—with a focus on Brazil’s legal framework and INPI’s responsibilities—this course comprises 75 instructional hours, features expert tutors, and is offered entirely online and free of charge.
