The Office of the Vice President for Innovation and Information Technology, through the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office (OCEANTEC/PROITI) of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), is pleased to invite the community to the Webinar on the topic Industrial Property and Industrial Design.

The session will be conducted by Eduardo Rodrigues Rio, Technologist in Industrial Property, Bachelor in Industrial Design, with a specialization in Ergonomics and Usability, Master’s degree and currently a PhD candidate in Intellectual Property and Innovation at the Academy of Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development of the INPI. He has served as a public servant at the INPI since 2006, having worked as head of the Formal Patent Examination Service between 2010 and 2017, and currently serves as examiner and deputy head of the Technical Division of Industrial Designs at the INPI Trademark Directorate.
