The Office of Innovation and Technology (PROITI), through the Oceantec Technology Park, took part in the 38th Fenacan with the panel “Innovation and Development for Santo Antônio da Patrulha”, held on August 7 at the Multiespaço.
Moderated by Samuel Bonato (Executive Director of Oceantec), the discussion featured Rodrigo Massulo (Mayor), Guilherme Wiedenhoft (Coordinator of PPGA/FURG), Luciano Gonçalves (Director of ABEEMAR), and Antônio Valente (Director of FURG/SAP Campus). The debate addressed strategic topics such as the establishment of the park in the municipality, planned actions for the coming months, and the role of innovation in regional development.
The dialogue highlighted the importance of Santo Antônio da Patrulha as the gateway to the North Coast in promoting the blue economy, as well as the relevance of FURG in managing and strengthening technology-based businesses. The presence of a technology park acting as a catalyst for development means boosting partnerships, attracting investment, and creating opportunities to transform ideas into tangible solutions for the region.
